Bee Ready to Bee Amazed at SCLSNJ’s 7th Annual Bee Spectacular

The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) will be hosting the seventh annual Somerset County Bee Spectacular Spelling Bee on March 4 at 1 p.m.
“We are delighted once again to be the host of the Somerset County regional Bee,” said Brian Auger, library director. “Our winner will go on to compete at the National Bee in Washington. Come join us for a fun Saturday afternoon of edge-of-your-seat competition by the county's best young spellers. You will be amazed at their skill and poise as they fearlessly tackle spelling words you've never heard of.”
The seventh annual Bee Spectacular Spelling Bee will be held in the Council Chambers in the Montgomery Township Municipal Building located at 100 Community Drive in Skillman.
"SCLSNJ is thrilled to host the 7th annual Bee Spectacular Spelling Bee at Montgomery this March in partnership with schools across Somerset County,” said Allie Ziff, manager of youth services programming and collaborations. “Each year, students work tirelessly to compete in our Bee and we are in awe of their determination, drive, and passion."
Somerset County Commission Director Shanel Y. Robinson, Somerset County Commission Deputy Director Douglas Singleterry, Somerset County Commissioner Paul Drake, and Montgomery Mayor Devra Keenan will be judges at the event.
