Indulge in coffee, conversations, and more at your Library
Beginning this April, the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) will offer a series of programs for adults exploring science, technology, history, and culture. Additionally, the System will be digging deeper into local and national history through live-action, living history presentations.
“We are looking forward to a new edition of our popular series, Coffee Time Talks,” said Marcela Dunham, system programming coordinator. “There is something for everybody: genealogy, World War II history, Shakespeare’s gardens, and more. These programs offer a wonderful opportunity for patrons to learn more about a variety of interesting topics in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere while meeting new people and mingling over a cup of coffee or tea.”
All programs run from 11 a.m. - noon. Attendees are encouraged to stay through 1 p.m. to converse with fellow patrons and enjoy some light refreshments.
