SCLSNJ Closure Announcement: Staff In-Service Day 2021

The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey’s (SCLSNJ) Staff In-Service Day is Wednesday, October 20. All SCLSNJ branches will be closed.  “Our annual Staff In-Service Day is essential for bringing together our far-flung staff for training and planning so that we can better serve our customers,” said Brian Auger, county library administrator. “This day is critical in fostering our staff’s professional growth and development.”  “SCLSNJ places high value on staff learning and engagement, which is shown through having a day where staff from all 10 branches can interact and connect with each other,” said Cassandra Collucci, system training manager. “The day's events will center on professional development, wellness, and community in the workplace, all of which directly impact the services that we provide to the community. I am always excited to see what new ideas, initiatives, and services come from the learning opportunities available to our staff.” Even though our branches will be closed, you can discover new skills, explore information, and more with SCLSNJ’s always available digital resources:
