Be transported to dreamscapes, urban and rural landscapes, and more through the art of Warren resident and artist, Cheryl Kramer in the Art Space at Warren located in the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey’s (SCLSNJ) Warren Twp. Library branch.
The current exhibit features 21 vivid oil paintings with a wide range of subjects including colorful fields, a city subway station, and more.
“I believe that art should be beautiful to counteract the images flashing across our television and computer screens on a daily basis,” said Kramer. “I feel that art should be a tangible dream of what the universe can be, full of beauty and color and light.”
The artist’s work has been exhibited locally in Bernardsville, Bedminster, and other venues in Somerset County as well as throughout the U.S. Her work was also featured on the cover of “Connection Magazine” in the Warren and Watchung editions.
The display will be available to the public during regular hours of operation through September 30. Anyone needing more information or artists interested in exhibiting in the Art Space at the Warren Twp. branch should contact staff member, Kathy DeCristofaro at kdecristofaro@sclibnj.org.
