Discover the Art of Eileen Bonacci at SCLSNJ’s Warren Twp. Library Branch

About Blog Post Apr 13, 2018 by Pressroom
Explore colorful florals and lavish landscapes through the art of Berkeley Heights artist Eileen Bonacci, at the Art Space at Warren in the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey’s (SCLSNJ) Warren Twp. Library branch, located at 42 Mountain Blvd in Warren Twp., until April 30. The nature-inspired exhibit draws inspiration from Bonnaci’s passion for nature. Local landmarks such as the Red Mill Inn in Clinton, as well as international destinations including the Isle of Capri, are highlighted in this 19-piece display of original oil paintings. Bonacci recently helped develop an art program at Overlook Medical Center’s Thomas Glasser Caregivers Center in Summit, New Jersey. The goal of the program is to provide a creative outlet in time of stress for family caregivers.   The artist, who won first place in oil painting at the Union County Senior Art Show in 2012 and 2013, attended the duCret School of Art and the Visual Art Center of New Jersey. She is currently continuing her education at the School of Contemporary Art in Bedminster Township. The exhibition will be available to the public during normal Library hours.Artists interested in exhibiting in the Art Space at Warren located in SCLSNJ’s Warren Twp. Library branch, should contact Kathy DeCristofaro at kdecrist@sclibnj.org.
