Connect with Your Community Through Winter Holiday Programs at Your Library

About Blog Post Nov 21, 2018 by Pressroom
The winter holidays are the time of year when friends, families, and communities come together to celebrate collective traditions. This winter, the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) will host an inclusive series of holiday programs for all ages. "SCLSNJ appreciates and values the differences in our community and offers programs reflecting the diversity witnessed within,” said Karen Geist, SCLSNJ library assistant. “Our commitment to inclusion spans all of our programs and we strive to welcome and support all people to participate. We offer programs to promote a sense of belonging where everyone feels respected and valued for their uniqueness." From live performances, to DIY crafts, the Library System has holiday programs for the whole family.
