Deanna Rivera, MS, SHRM-CP, PHR; is the Director of Human Resources for the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resources in both the public and private sector. Rivera appreciates the opportunity to support the strategic priorities of SCLSNJ through its human resources program. Rivera earned a Master’s in Administration from West Chester University (PA) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Kean University. The library is an ideal place for Rivera by providing an endless supply of e-books and traditional materials – of which true crime and suspense are her favorites.
