Reserve A Room

Our branches offer a variety of spaces suitable for individuals, small groups, non-profits, and community organizations.

Room Reservation Process
Before reserving a room, patrons must:
- Agree to the meeting room policy
- Have a valid SCLSNJ library card number and PIN
Once the room has been booked, patrons will receive an email confirmation.
A patron can view already confirmed bookings or cancel their room reservation by clicking on Manage An Existing Reservation. Patrons will also receive an email confirmation when canceling a room.
Bookings can be viewed by name and confirmation number (found in the confirmation email), or by logging in with their library card.
Rooms can be reserved up to 65 days in advance.
