Dot by Dot: A Hands-On Introduction to Mandala Art
This class will be led by Ruchi Gupta who loves creating dot mandalas and other traditional Indian art forms. Creating art can be a form of meditation that helps us relax and feel calm.

One Hour High Level Outline:
2:00 - 2:05 PM: Art Meditation Start the workshop with a 5-minute art meditation. This will help everyone to relax and get into a creative mindset.
2:05 - 2:10 PM: Introduction to Mandala. Spend the next 5 minutes introducing the concept of Mandala. Explain its history, significance, and how it's used in art.
2:10 - 2:55 PM: Hands-On with Mandala Art This is the main part of the workshop. For 45 minutes, participants will get hands-on experience creating their own Mandala art. Provide guidance and assistance as needed.
2:55 - 3:00 PM: Fun Game To wrap up the workshop, spend the last 5 minutes playing a fun game. This could be a quick art-related game or something to help everyone unwind and reflect on their work.
