The library provides the space, tools, and supplies for new knitters and crocheters to get started. All you need is an interest in creativity; no experience is required. Experts are encouraged to show off their skills and mentor members of the group. Donations of finished creations such as scarves, hats, socks, gloves, and blankets are welcome, but not required. The library will distribute them to community members in need.
The library is accepting donations of the following in support of this program:
Knitting needles
Crochet needles
Yarn
Stitch markers
Measuring tape
Other knit and crochet supplies
