SCLSNJ's Watchung Branch Temporary Location Expands Hours in Response to Community Need
In response to community need, the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey's (SCLSNJ) Watchung branch will be increasing the hours of its temporary Library location beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Updated Hours: Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sundays: Closed “We are incredibly excited to be able to increase our hours of operation to best serve the needs of our community," said Manny Miracle, branch manager. "The expanded hours will provide more opportunity for Library users to pick up their materials, browse the collections, use the computers, and take advantage of our museum passes.” “We are thrilled to be able to offer more hours, which will also increase our ability to offer a wide variety of programs for all age groups," said Denise Berlin, library assistant. "Everyone should be able to find something of interest.” The Watchung branch is temporarily located at 20 Stirling Road in Watchung while the 12 Stirling Road location is undergoing an extensive renovation.
