The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey's (SCLSNJ) Somerville branch has launched a Do It Yourself (DIY) After Dark program series, led by staff member Rachel Bohach. The program series will demonstrate how to make trendy foods and beverages at home on a budget.
"I'm very excited to be showing people how to stop buying and learn to make some of the things I love to make at home," said Rachel Bohach.
The first DIY After Dark series taught customers how to create homemade kombucha, a fermented sweet tea. If you missed this program on kombucha, check out a few resources from the Library's collection.
