Somerville Branch Teaches Residents How To DIY Trendy Foods, Beverages

About Blog Post Oct 10, 2023 by SCLSNJ
The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey's (SCLSNJ) Somerville branch has launched a Do It Yourself (DIY) After Dark program series, led by staff member Rachel Bohach. The program series will demonstrate how to make trendy foods and beverages at home on a budget. "I'm very excited to be showing people how to stop buying and learn to make some of the things I love to make at home," said Rachel Bohach. The first DIY After Dark series taught customers how to create homemade kombucha, a fermented sweet tea. If you missed this program on kombucha, check out a few resources from the Library's collection.
