The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey’s (SCLSNJ) Warren Township branch will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023 for Eid al-Fitr. All other SCLSNJ locations will be open standard operating hours.
“The Interfaith Coalition of Watchung Hills is partnering with Warren Township for the community’s first ever Crescent Lighting Ceremony in celebration of Eid al-Fitr,” said Lynn Mazur, branch manager. “In support of this momentous event, the Library’s early closure at 5 p.m. will ensure that the organizers have the time and space necessary to set up and host the celebration. The Library will resume its regular hours of operation at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 21.”
