Library Moving Contract - Pre-Bid Meeting

Attendance at this meeting is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for prospective bidders.

Prospective bidders must provide the name of every employee who will attend the pre-bid meeting by registering in advance.

The meeting will give prospective bidders a sense of the scope of the move. There will not be time to see every room or piece of furniture, but attendees will have the opportunity to see a representative sample of furniture and equipment to be moved, as well as examples of the private office and office systems furniture that will require disassembly at the "move from" location and reassembly at the "move to" location.
