Today is National Cheese Lovers Day. No one seems to know exactly when or where this day began to be observed. My theory is that it just spontaneously created itself from the awesomeness that is cheese. Oh, I suppose the origin could be tracked down by digging through old issues of trade magazines, but who has time for that? There’s cheese to eat!
