Readers will marvel at the range of dwellings from small New York City apartments to sprawling Beverly Hills estates and from dreamy Caribbean outlets to private sanctuaries in the Mediterranean. It is a stunning peek into the history of many spots as well as the interests and styles of its inhabitants.
