Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Miss Seashore Line 2018 (ages 4-12)

Miss Seashore Line 2018, Kyra Seeley, will talk about why we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day then teach Irish dancing. Registration required.

Heritage Irish Dance (all ages)
March 3, 3-4 p.m.
Hosted offsite at the Peapack Reformed Church, located at 224 Main Street, Gladstone NJ 07934
The Heritage Irish Dance Troupe will perform traditional Irish dance routines in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day. This will be followed by a brief instruction period. Registration required.

Follow the Leprechaun’s Trail: Drop-in Program (grades K-5)
March 10, 1-4 p.m.
SCLSNJ’s Somerville Library Branch, located at 35 West End Avenue in Somerville
Follow the leprechaun’s trail and discover where he went in the children’s room. Several crafts will also be available. Younger siblings welcome. No registration.

A Celtic Celebration with Sharlys Dugan (all ages)
March 12, 7-8 p.m.
SCLSNJ’s Hillsborough Library branch, located at 379 South Branch Road in Hillsborough
Sharlys will lead a sing-a-long showcasing several popular Irish songs and will incorporate a brief Irish step demo. Her songs, dances, and stories will captivate you. Registration required.

DIY Family Craft: Rainbow Collage (all ages)

Mark Kilianski and Deb Shebish carry on the tradition of Irish music with vibrance and reverence. They will perform lively reels and jigs, pub songs, and ballads. Registration required.

Drop-In-Craft: Rainbow Mobile (ages 3+)

Stop in between the times listed to make a special rainbow craft to take home (while supplies last). All materials supplied by the library. No registration.

The Blarney Boys (all ages)

SCLSNJ’s Bound Brook Memorial Library branch, located at 402 East High Street in Bound Brook
David Rimelis and David Braham, also known as The Blarney Boys, will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by performing a mix of traditional Irish and Irish-American songs. Registration required.
