For Kids and Their Grown-Ups: Spring Is in the Air

Created by Laura Frantz, collection development librarian

Spring is in the air, and we are more than ready for the birds, bugs and blooms. The Library curated a collection of titles that showcase all the signs of the season. Our Springtime book river features a mix of fun and factual books for kids. New favorites include “First Notes of Spring” by Jessica Kulekjian, “My Big Book of Outdoors” by Tim Hopgood, and “A Spring Treasury of Recipes, Crafts, and Wisdom” by Angela Ferraro-Fanning. And be on the lookout for these recent releases “Hope Is a Hop” by Katrina Moore, “Just a Worm” by Marie Boyd, and “We Garden Together!” by Jane S. Hirschi. Happy Spring!
