Explore the Mysteries of the Mind with SCLSNJ

The human mind is one of the greatest mysteries in the world – its abilities have been befuddling doctors and scientists for centuries. Attempt to unlock some of the mysteries of the mind this summer at the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey (SCLSNJ) through a series of programs that will delve into phenomena including hypnosis, dreams, and mediumship.

Who isn’t fascinated by the mysteries of the mind?” said Marcela Dunham, SCLSNJ system programming coordinator. “Is anyone susceptible to being hypnotized against their will? What is self-hypnosis and how can it help us relieve anxiety and get a better night of sleep? Meet a local psychic, a medium, and a hypnotist and get ready to be entranced by programs that explore the hidden elements of the mind.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to be hypnotized, to interact with a psychic, to learn how to connect with their dreams, and more through these educational and interactive programs.
